Beta waiting list privacy notice
Your data, to keep in touch.
Data controller: M. Finizio. For information, removal from the list or requests about your data: doc@studiofinizio.es.
Data and purposes. We collect your name, email, practice name if provided, application language, request date and consent version. We use them to manage the waiting list and communicate the beta opening and participation arrangements. Do not enter patient data or health information.
Consent and voluntary participation. Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Providing data is voluntary; without your name, email and consent, we cannot register your application. Applying does not authorise promotional communications unrelated to the programme.
Retention and access. Data is kept for as long as needed to manage the list and communicate beta access, until that purpose ends or you withdraw consent. It is processed by the controller and the technical providers needed to operate and host the site. Applications are not published or subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability and objection. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
